This special house of 110 m2 was designed and built on a plot of 4.930 m2 in Apokoronas. It is deployed in 3 levels: the ground floor which has 2 bedrooms, the first floor with the kitchen, dining and living space, and a loft where the office is located. The openings were designed in a way that the following are achieved:
-the connection between the interior and the exterior
-the feeling that the house is bigger than 110 m2
– framing of the view through certain visual perspectives
-the maximum view towards the sea and the mountainsides
The construction was completed in 2014 by Euroland Crete.
