The residence was designed on a plot in Kokkino Chorio, outside Chania. It is 118 m2 with 2 bedrooms and some common areas. Its linear form is a result of the peculiar shape of the plot. The outdoor space with the pool is developed in different levels so as to follow the natural slope of the ground.
