This luxury residence is located in Akrotiri, in Chania. It is about 260 m2 and is developed in 2 levels. A part of the lowest one is inside the ground as a result of the steep slope of the plot. Four bedrooms have been designed as well as a kitchen, dining space and 2 living spaces. The main idea was the design of a house with dynamic lines which create an introvert elevation from the side of the road and “open” the building from the side of the view. The slope of the site and the rocky ground were the determinant factors of the composition.
