This is a project in Plaka, in Apokoronas which is parted from a proposal for renovation of an existing, unfinished house and a design of a second, single level house of stone. The existing building of total surface 160 m2 is deployed in 2 levels plus the basement. The basement appears as ground floor in one side because of the slope of the ground. On the last level, the living spaces are located, in the middle there are the bedrooms and on the basement there is a parking space and storage rooms. The second house is 60 m2 and it has 2 bedrooms and common space with the kitchen and living area.
