This vacation house was designed on a plot of 4350 m² in Tersanas of Akrotiri in Chania. The ground is inclined and the plot has a panoramic view to the sea and the city of Chania at southwest. On the opposite side, north-east, the building is twisted creating big, long surfaces of concrete, cutting off the house from the neighbors. The building is developed in 3 levels plus the basement. The entrance is in the middle, the living spaces and a bedroom are located in the lowest and 3 more bedrooms are at the last level. The total surface of the building is 203 m². In the front of the house an outside space with pool is deployed.
