The house was designed for a plot in Tersanas of Akrotiri, in Chania. The total surface is 260 m2. At the spot where the building is located, the ground has a very steep slope and ends up to the sea. The geomorphology of the ground and the panoramic view to the sea were the basic principals of the design. The building is separated in 2 volumes, a single level volume and a two storey one. On the first volume the living areas are located whereas on the two storey volume has the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Every room has openings towards the sea. Outside, living spaces have been designed as well as a pool with a wooden deck. These areas are visually hidden from the neighbors and the street.
