demands of our clients .When we design and construct
your house the local architecture and environment
are respected and taken into account
Materials are selected in cooperation with the
client and we assure our clients that the best
quality is achieved and always within the clients
budget.
HOW WE WORK
Our services are complete from the initial planning
of your house, to the final date of completion.
We will help you look for suitable land to build a
house. We use the services of several real estate
partners and will help you make the right choice
from an architect's point of view.
We will propose an architectural design suitable to
your needs, budget and the plot that you have in
mind.
A detailed costing of the works will be provided and
a timetable of the construction work and ensure it
is adhered to as we supervise the construction at
all stages.
We will assist you with all legal procedures
involved in the buying and construction of your
house including all relevant procedures and
documents such as payment of building taxes, VAT,
I.K.A. (Greek Social Security), electricity/water/telephone
connections etc.
If you are not in Crete we will provide you with
regular progress reportskeeping you updated in all
procedures..
Once the project is completed, we remain at your
service or if you wish to make any changes or
additions to your house .We guarantee your house for
two years against defective workmanship. The main
concrete structure of the house is guaranteed for
life.
